WASHINGTON, D.C. — Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Rising & Empowering Political Action Committee (ASPIRE PAC) Chair Marilyn Strickland issued the following statement following Democratic victories in California, Virginia, New Jersey and across the country:

“Donald Trump likes to talk about having a mandate—well tonight the message is resoundingly clear: the American people reject MAGA. Across the country, voters are choosing leaders who will fight for lower costs and affordable health care. It is clear that Democrats have the momentum heading into 2026, and ASPIRE PAC will continue to build a diverse, winning coalition that will take back the majority.”
