ASPIRE PAC Endorses Aruna Miller for Maryland's 6th Congressional District

WASHINGTON, DC - ASPIRE PAC (formerly CAPAC Leadership PAC) voted today to endorse and support Aruna Miller for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“We’re proud to endorse Aruna Miller for Congress,” said Congresswoman Grace Meng, Chair of ASPIRE PAC. “Aruna fights for her constituents in the Maryland House of Delegates every day, where she is a strong voice for working families, women, children and seniors. She is an experienced problem solver and we look forward to her joining us as a colleague in Congress.”

ASPIRE PAC proudly welcomed six new Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Members of Congress in 2016. Tammy Duckworth (IL) and Kamala Harris (CA) were elected to the Senate. In the House of Representatives, Stephanie Murphy (FL-07), first Vietnamese American woman; Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), first Indian American woman; Raja Krishnamoorthi (IL-08); and Ro Khanna (CA-17) all won their elections.
